摘 要:采用的应变能分析方法能够准确定位车体刚度薄弱区域,且提出的结构优化方案能够使车体一阶垂弯频率得到进一步提高,为后续铁道客车车体模态频率提高提供了较好的指导意义。The modal parameters of a railway passenger car body are obtained by finite element method and experimental modal analysis method,the calculation accuracy of low-order typical modal frequencies can meet related engineering requirements.The strain energy analysis method adopted in this paper can accurately locate the weak stiffness region of the car body,furthermore,the proposed structural optimization scheme can further improve the first-order vertical bending frequency of the car body,it provides a good guidance for improving the modal frequency of the following railway passenger car body.
