From Masters and Apprentices to Teachers and Students: Reflections on College Wushu Education after Transformation of Teaching Relationship

摘  要:在国家需求高质量全面发展人才的背景下,必须深度省思历经百年学校武术教育质量难以让人满意的问题。以民国前后教学关系转变为切入点,深度分析师徒式教学关系与师生式教学关系的优缺点,经过对两者的教学主体、教学方式、教学方法、教学目的等方面进行分析,发现两种教学关系存在着巨大的互补性。研究最后指出:在充分地剖析与解读新时代的教学对象之后,可以将两种教学关系融合;适度提升教师在学生心目中的地位,可以有效保障优秀传统文化的传承;古今教学方法的融合运用,可以提高人才培养的质量。Under the background of national demand for high-quality all-round development of the talents, it is necessary to reflect on the problems that the quality of Wushu education in schools has been unsatisfactory for a hundred years. Analysis of the transformation of teaching relationship before and after the Republic of China, this paper reflected on the advantages and disadvantages of master-apprenticeship relationship and teacher-student relationship, and revealed that the two teaching relationships were complimentary, which could be integrated. Appropriate emphasis on the teachers’ position in the minds of students could effectively guarantee the inheritance of excellent traditional culture. And the flexible use of ancient and modern teaching methods could improve the quality of talent training.
