摘  要:为了降低燃气-蒸汽联合循环设备燃机出口背压,采用数值模拟的方法对西门子SGT-2000E燃机配套余热锅炉过渡段进行减阻研究。研究结果表明:通过在过渡段增加导流板可以使过渡段入口总压降低0.6 kPa以上。其减阻机制是导流板增加了过热器入口流动均匀度,降低了换热器入口平均流速,减小了燃气流经换热器的阻力。采用非均匀面积流量分配方式可有效降低余热锅炉过渡段入口压力。针对本文的结构,导流板个数在3~4个,导流板延伸至上下底板的中点连线位置,分割高度比R为2.7左右时有较好的减阻效果。In order to reduce the back pressure at gas turbine outlet of gas-steam combined cycle unit,numerical simulation was adopted to study the pressure drop reduction through the transition section between heat recovery steam generator and Siemens SGT-2000E gas turbine.Results show that total pressure drop of the transition section can be reduced by at least 0.6kPa by adding the deflectors at the transition section.The pressure drop reduction mechanism is that,the deflector improves inlet flow uniformity at superheater inlet,and reduces average flow velocity at the superheater inlet,and the pressure drop is reduced.The inlet pressure at the transition section inlet of heat recovery steam generator can be effectively reduced by non-uniform area flow distribution.According to the structure in this paper,the pressure drop reduction effect is the best when the quantity of the deflector is 3 to 4,the deflector is extended to the line connected the middle points of the upper and lower floor,and the separation height ratio is about 2.7.
