摘　　要：闭环比例阀作为高端产品,广泛适用于各工业领域,而其阀体加工尺寸精度的控制已成为其广泛推广应用限制难点之一。该文介绍配备RMP40的加工中心在线测量技术及自定心液压夹具的应用,为阀体的加工提供可靠的尺寸精度保障。同时利用间接测量法解决主阀孔封油槽难测量问题,并为其它加工高精度类阀体工艺提供参考。As a high-end product,closed-loop proportional valve is widely used in various industrial fields,and the control of dimension accuracy of valve body has become one of the difficulties in its wide application.This paper introduces the on-line measurement technology of machining center equipped with RMP40 and the application of self-centering hydraulic fixture,which provides reliable dimensional accuracy guarantee for valve body processing.At the same time,the indirect measurement method is used to solve the difficult measurement problem of the main valve hole sealing tank,and to provide reference for other high-precision reading technology.
