摘 要:建立蒸馏分离-电感耦合等离子体质谱法测定铜铅锌矿石中微量锗的方法。采用硝酸-磷酸混合酸消解铜铅锌矿石样品,在盐酸介质中蒸馏分离微量锗,在氦气碰撞池模式下,以103Rh为在线内标进行质谱法测定。锗的质量浓度在0~50 μg/L 范围内线性良好,相关系数为0.9995,方法检出限为0.019 μg/g。用所建方法对3个铜铅锌矿石成分国家一级标准物质进行测定,测定结果的相对标准偏差为4.58%~5.55%(n=7),样品加标回收率为93.0%~102.0%。该方法操作简便,灵敏度高,适用铜铅锌矿石中微量锗含量的测定。A method for the determination of trace germanium in copper-lead-zinc ores by distillation separation-inductively coupled plasma mass spectrometry was established.The sample was digested by nitric acid-phosphoric acid mixture.The trace germanium was separated by distillation in hydrochloric acid medium,and was determined by mass spectrometry with 103Rh as on-line internal standard in helium collision cell mode.The mass concentration of germanium was linear in the range of 0-50 μg/L,the correlation coefficient was 0.9995,and the detection limit was 0.019 μg/g.Three national first-class reference materials of copper-lead-zinc ores were determined by this method.The relative standard deviation of detection results was 4.58%-5.55%(n=7),and the recovery of the samples was 93.0%-102.0%.The method is simple,sensitive and suitable for the determination of trace germanium in copper-lead-zinc ores.
