摘  要:对一个中叶脉缺失的水稻突变体dl-7进行了突变表型观察和遗传特性分析,并利用分子标记精细定位了突变基因,以期为研究水稻叶脉的发育提供依据。结果表明:dl-7各叶位叶片的中脉延伸长度不同,表现出一定程度的披垂;突变体的颖花发育正常,没有受到突变的影响;叶片中央位置上形成的叶脉没有透明细胞,其形态和结构与侧脉类似;突变性状由单个隐性基因控制,目标基因dl-7被定位在3号染色体短臂上的280 kb区段内;杂交F2代群体中分离出了共显性单株。因此认为dl-7是该类型中一个新的突变效应最弱的突变体。In order to provide bases for the research on development of rice leaf vein, we surveyed mutant phenotype and inherited characteristics of a midrib-deficient mutant dl-7, and conducted gene fine mapping using molecular marker. The results indicated that the leaves at different position had various extended length of midrib, and showed a certain extent of droop. The spikelet of mutant developed normally, so it had not been affected by this mutation. The vein formed at the center of leaf without clear cells, and the form and structure were similar to that of lateral vein. Mutant phenotype was controlled by a single recessive gene, then, the target gene dl-7 was mapped in 280 kb region on the short arm of chromosome 3. Co-dominant plants appeared in F2 population, therefore dl-7 was considered as a new mutant with the weakest effect in these mutants.
