摘  要:以东魁杨梅为试材,设置了对照(CK)、硫肥+开花期施低质量分数硼肥(处理Ⅰ)、硫肥+开花期施高质量分数硼肥(处理Ⅱ)、硫肥+果实膨大期施低质量分数硼肥(处理Ⅲ)和硫肥+果实膨大期施高质量分数硼肥(处理Ⅳ)5个处理,分析了杨梅叶片、果实矿质元素间及其与几个主要果实品质指标的关系。结果表明:Ⅰ处理、Ⅱ处理显著增加叶片N、P、K含量,Ⅰ处理显著增加果实P、K含量,Ⅱ处理显著增加果实N含量。4个处理叶片Ca含量、Mn含量、B含量、果实S含量均显著高于CK;4个处理叶片和果实总的Fe含量和Cu含量、叶片的Zn含量均显著低于CK。Ⅱ处理果实中Mn含量和Zn含量显著高于其他处理;4个处理均显著增加果实中B含量。相关性分析表明:叶片N、P、K含量与果实K、Mg、Mn、Zn含量呈极显著正相关;叶片Ca、Mg、Fe含量均与果实Mn、B含量呈极显著负相关;果实微量元素Fe、Mn、Cu、Zn、B含量与果实品质的相关性大于果实大中量元素。In this study, ‘Dongkui’ Chinese bayberry(Myrica rubra) as the test material. The relationship between mineral elements in leaves and fruits and several main fruit quality indexes was analyzed. The five treatments were set as follows: control(CK), soil application of sulfur fertilizer+ foliar application of boron fertilizer with low concentration in blossoming stage(Ⅰ), soil application of sulfur fertilizer+ foliar application of boron fertilizer with high concentration in blossoming stage(Ⅱ), soil application of sulfur fertilizer+ foliar application of boron fertilizer with low concentration in fruit expanding stage(Ⅲ), soil application of sulfur fertilizer+ foliar application of boron fertilizer with high concentration in fruit expanding stage(Ⅳ). The results showed that the contents of N, P and K in leaves were significantly increased in treatment I and II compared with CK. P and K in fruits were significantly increased in treatments I, and N in fruits was significantly increased in treatments II. Ca, Mn, B content in leaves and S content in fruits inⅠ,Ⅱ,Ⅲ,Ⅳ were significantly higher than that in CK. While the contents of Fe, Cu and Zn in leaves were significantly lower than that in CK, and the contents of Mn and Zn in fruits of treatment II were significantly higher than those in other treatments. The contents of B in fruits increased significantly in all four treatments. The correlation analysis showed that the contents of N, P and K in leaf were significantly positively correlated with K, Mg, Mn and Zn in fruit. Ca, Mg and Fe in leaf were significantly negatively correlated with Mn, B in fruit. The correlation between trace elements Fe, Mn, Cu, Zn, B and fruit quality was greater than N, P, K, Ca, Mg, S.
