摘 要:为了建立准确的东乡野生稻稻曲病人工接种技术,本研究对水稻生长时期、接种体、接种时间及接种方法对接种效果的影响展开了研究。结果表明:接种体菌丝片段-分生孢子混合液最有利于诱导稻曲病的发生;在16:00~17:00接种更有利于稻曲病的发病;注射接种方法比喷雾接种法的发病效果更好;以上3个因素对东乡野生稻稻曲病诱发的影响与对照品种两优培九一致;东乡野生稻稻曲病最佳诱发时期为剑叶与倒二叶叶枕距为(4±0.5)cm时,这与两优培九的(6±0.5)cm不同。In order to establish an accurate artificial inoculation technique for rice false smut in Dongxiang wild rice, the effects of rice growth period, inoculum, inoculation time and inoculation methods on inoculation were studied in this study. The results showed that mycelial fragment-conidia mixture was most beneficial inoculum to induce rice false smut. Inoculation at 16:00~17:00 was more beneficial to the pathogenesis of rice false smut. Injection inoculation method was better than spray inoculation. The effects of the above three factors on the induction of false smut in Dongxiang wild rice were consistent with those of the control variety Liangyoupeijiu. The best induction period of rice smut in Dongxiang wild rice was the distance between the flag leaf and the penultimate leaf(4 cm± 0.5 cm), which was different from the 6 cm± 0.5 cm of Liangyoupeijiu.
