摘　　要：为了解栝楼雌雄株的差异,从植株形态、生理、性别相关多态性标记等方面对雌、雄栝楼进行了比较,综述了其他雌雄异株植物性别决定机制的研究进展,为雌雄栝楼的性别鉴定和研究提供参考依据。In order to know the difference between female and male Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim, we compared the difference of morphology, physiology and polymorphism between female and male Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim in this paper. We gave an overview on sex chromosomes and sex determination genes of dioecious plant, which could provide reference for identifying and studying of female and male Trichosanthes kirilowii Maxim.
