摘　　要：为探讨不同移栽方式对促进烟株早生快发和烤后烟叶产质量的影响,为南平烟区烤烟移栽方式的选择提供科学依据。采用膜下移栽搭配营养土、膜上深栽搭配营养土、膜上深栽(宽穴)不施营养土、膜上深栽搭配施营养土(窄穴)和膜上深栽(窄穴)不施营养土等5种移栽方式进行烟苗移栽,并对烟株的植物学性状、病害发生情况、化学成分等做了详细的观测记录。结果表明:膜上深栽搭配施营养土处理移栽的烟苗还苗快,根系发达,烟株健壮,抗逆性强,烤后烟化学成分较协调,烟叶的产质量及经济效益提高。In order to explore the effects of different transplanting methods on early growth, quick tillering, yield and quality of tobacco leaves, provide a scientific basis for the selection of the best method for tobacco transplantation in Nanping area, we applied the five kinds of transplanting including membrane under transplanting with nutritive soil, membrane on deep tie-with nutritive soil, membrane deep cultivation(wide cave) without nutritive soil, membrane on deep tie-in shi nutritional soil(narrow cave) and membrane deep cultivation(narrow cave) without nutritive soil. The botany traits, disease epidemic situation, chemical composition of tobacco plant were made a careful observation records. The results showed that tobacco leaves in the treatment of the membrane on deep tie with nutritional soil had the advantages such as fast seedlings, developed root system, robust plant, strong resistance, coordinated chemical composition, high production quality and economic benefit.
