一流本科专业建设视角下的学风建设研究

摘　　要：学风建设是高校发展和存在的灵魂,学风的好坏直接关系到一流本科专业建设和人才培养质量。在"双万计划"一流本科建设背景下,以一流本科专业申报为契机,对一流学风建设进行积极的探索和实践。采取问卷调查和实地调研方式,调查学风现状,分析影响学风的主要因素,提出建设一流学风的对策并进行实践,从而提高人才培养质量和加快一流本科专业建设。The construction of learning atmosphere is the soul of the development and existence of colleges and universities. The quality of learning atmosphere is directly related to the construction of first-class undergraduate majors and the quality of talent training. In the context of the first-class undergraduate construction of "Shuangwan(Doulbe-10, 000)Plan", taking the first-class undergraduate professional application as an opportunity, the present paper actively explore and practice the construction of first-class learning atmosphere. Through questionnaire surveys and field studies, it investigates the status quo of university learning atmosphere and analyzes the main factors and proposes countermeasures, so as to improve the quality of talent training and accelerate the construction of first-class undergraduate majors.
