摘　　要：目的观察不同药物穴位注射治疗偏头痛的临床疗效。方法将105例偏头痛患者随机分为A、B、C 3组,每组35例。3组均采用风池穴穴位注射治疗,A组予红花注射液,B组予甲钴胺注射液,C组予氯化钠注射液。观察3组患者治疗前后视觉模拟量表(VAS)评分及偏头痛特异性生活质量问卷(MSQ)评分的变化,并比较3组的临床疗效。结果A组总有效率为82.9%,高于B组的65.7%及C组的60.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。3组治疗后VAS评分低于同组治疗前,MSQ量表中功能受限、功能障碍及情感评分高于同组治疗前,A组优于B组及C组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论红花注射液风池穴注射治疗偏头痛疗效确切,能减轻患者疼痛程度及改善其生活质量,效果优于甲钴胺注射液及氯化钠注射液。Objective To observe the clinical efficacy of acupoint injection of different medications in treating migraine.Method A total of 105 migraine patients were randomized into group A,group B and group C,with 35 cases in each group.The three groups all received acupoint injection at Fengchi(GB20),but group A was given Hong Hua injection,group B was given Mecobalamin injection,and group C was given NaCl injection.The scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Migraine-Specific Quality-of-Life Questionnaire(MSQ)in the three groups were observed before and after treatment,and the clinical efficacy was compared among the three groups.Result The total effective rate was 82.9%in group A,higer than 65.7%in group B and 60.0%in group C,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The VAS scores were reduced,and the scores of role restriction,role preventive and emotional function in MSQ were increased after treatment in the three groups,and group A was superior to group B and group C,all with statistical significance(P<0.05).Conclusion Acupoint injection of Hong Hua injection is effective in treating migraine.It can reduce pain and improve the quality of life,and the efficacy is more significant than that of mecobalamin injection and NaCl injection.
