摘　　要：目的观察毫火针配合皮内针治疗扁平疣的临床疗效。方法将60例扁平疣患者随机分为治疗组和对照组,每组30例。治疗组采用毫火针配合皮内针治疗,对照组采用外用维A酸乳膏治疗。观察两组治疗前后皮疹数目、大小、颜色、皮疹自觉瘙痒评分及总积分变化,并比较两组临床疗效。结果两组治疗后皮疹评分与同组治疗前比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);两组治疗后皮疹评分比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。治疗组总有效率为90.0%,对照组为83.3%。两组临床疗效比较,差异有统计学意义(Z=﹣2.089,P=0.037)。结论毫火针配合皮内针治疗扁平疣疗效优于外用维A酸乳膏。Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of fire filiform-needle acupuncture plus intradermal needle acupuncture in treating flat wart.Method Sixty flat wart patients were randomized to treatment and control groups,with 30 cases in each group.The treatment group received fire filiform-needle acupuncture plus intradermal needle acupuncture and the control group,external application of tretinoin cream.Warty number,size,color and itching scores and the total score were recorded in the two groups before and after treatment.The clinical therapeutic effects were compared between the two groups.Result There was a statistically significant pre-/post-treatment difference in the wart score in the two groups(P<0.01).The total efficacy rate was 90.9%in the treatment group and 81.3%in the control group.There was a statistically significant difference in theclinical therapeutic effect between the two groups(Z=2.654,P=0.008).Conclusion Fire filiform-needle acupuncture plus intradermal needle acupuncture is more effective than external application of tretinoin cream in treating flat wart.
