摘  要:主要研究了不同浸润剂及特殊工艺处理后的玻纤材料对GMT气味及使用情况的影响,通过对浸润剂的优化,制备工艺的改良,研究长纤维玻璃纤维的低气味可行性方案,开发新型低气味玻纤产品360H,该产品主要被用于GMT工艺。按吉利气味测试标准进行测试,对比玻纤气味,实测气味等级,可达吉利标准6级。同时,使用GMT工艺,对比不同处理方式下的玻纤增强后的复合料的气味和性能。结果发现,与市面常见长玻纤产品相比,采用特殊处理开发的360H气味性明显减轻,同时也兼具较好的力学性能。The influences of glass fiber materials with different sizing agents and special processing on GMT odor and usage were mainly studied. Through optimization of sizing agents and improvement of preparation process, the feasibility of low-odor long-fiber glass fiber was studied, and a new low-odor glass fiber product 360H was developed, which was mainly used in GMT process. According to the Geely odor test standard, comparing the glass fiber odor, the measured odor grade can reach Geely standard level 6. Meanwhile, the GMT process was used to compare the odor and properties of composites reinforced with glass fibers treated by different methods. The results showed that compared with the common long glass fiber products in the market, the 360H product developed with special treatment had significantly less odor and better mechanical properties.
