摘 要:多组分玻璃光纤传光束是1种光纤制品,被广泛应用于军工、医疗、工业、电力等。普通多组分光纤束耐温、透过率值已达到上限。通过对普通光纤束进行热熔处理,研发出多组分热熔光纤束,从而可以提高光纤束的耐温和透过率等性能。多组分热熔光纤束就是将一束固定直径的光纤束,通过高温熔融和定型模具挤压成型,使得光纤束成为一个整体。再通过制作、研磨、抛光使得光纤达到耐高温、耐腐蚀及增加透过率的目的。多组分热熔光纤在国内没有成熟技术可以借鉴。通过对炉体结构、成型方法、压制机构等方面进行系统研究而研制出的多组分热熔光纤可以满足特殊市场需求和客户要求。Compound-glass optical fiber light guide is a kind of optical fiber product,which is widely used in military affairs,medical treatment,industry,electric power and other applications.Ordinary compound-glass optical fiber light guides have reached the upper limit of temperature resistance and transmittance.By performing a hot-melt treatment on an ordinary fiber light guide,a compound-glass hot-melt optical fiber light guide was developed,thereby improving the temperature resistance and transmittance of the optical fiber light guide.The compound-glass hot-melt optical fiber light guide was made from a fixed-diameter fiber bundle which was extruded through a die after high-temperature melting to form an integrated light guide.After forming,milling and polishing,the optical fiber bundle has achieved high temperature resistance,corrosion resistance and increased transmittance.There is no mature technology for reference to make compound-glass hot-melt optical fiber in China.The compound-glass hot-melt optical fiber developed by systematic research on the structure of the furnace,the forming method and the press mechanism can meet the special market demand and customer requirements.
