摘 要:针对复混肥结块的原因和现有防结块剂存在的问题,本文从各种类型的防结块剂原料中,筛选出较为适宜的有机疏水剂和表面活性剂等,重点研究了所选防结块剂的原料的防结块效果,包括原料的单项实验和复配用量的配比实验,确定了复混肥防结块包裹剂的最优活性组分配比为:有机疏水剂60%,阳离子表面活性剂20%,阴离子表面活性剂A 10%,阴离子表面活性剂B 10%。In view of the causes of caking of compound fertilizer and the problems existing in the anti caking agent,the more suitable varieties such as organic hydrophobic agent and surfactant were selected from various types of anti caking agent raw materials.The anti caking effects of the selected anti caking agent raw materials were studied,included the single experiment of raw materials and the proportion experiment of compound dosage.The optimal active group distribution ratio of anti caking agent for compound fertilizer were obtained as followed:organic hydrophobic agent 60%,cationic surface Active agent 20%,anionic surfactant a10%,anionic surfactant B10%.
