探讨超声弹性成像及超声综合评分在宫颈病变中的诊断价值

摘　　要：目的:探讨超声弹性成像(UE)及超声综合评分在宫颈病变中的诊断价值。方法:选取2017年6月至2018年12月于我院治疗的40例宫颈病变患者皆行超声弹性成像(UE)以及常规的超声检查,根据检查图像分析宫颈病变,然后对检查结果进行综合评分。结果:使用常规阴道超声检查的对宫颈病变的属性敏感度为75.00%、特异度为77.50%、准确度为76.00%;使用弹性成像技术检查宫颈病变的敏感度为78.33%、特异度为87.50%、准确度为82.00%;超声综合评分的敏感度为90.00%、特异度为92.50%,准确度为91.00%。结论:超声弹性成像弥补了传统超声的不足,对宫颈病变的临床诊断有重要价值,超声综合评分对宫颈病变的准确度比常规超声检查及弹性成像都高,值得临床推广。Objective: To investigate the diagnostic value of ultrasound elastography(UE) and ultrasound comprehensive score in cervical lesion. Methods: 40 patients with cervical lesion treated in our hospital from June 2017 to December 2018 were selected for ultrasound elastography(UE) and routine ultrasound examination. Cervical lesion were analyzed according to the examination image, and then the examination results were comprehensively scored. Results: The sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of cervical lesion were 75.00%, 77.50% and 76.00% respectively by routine vaginal ultrasound examination;the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy of cervical lesion were 78.33%, 87.50% and 82.00% respectively by ultrasound elastography;the sensitivity, specificity and accuracy were 90.00%, 92.50% and 91.00%respectively by ultrasonic comprehensive score. Conclusion: Ultrasound elastography makes up for the deficiency of traditional ultrasound and is great value in the clinical diagnosis of cervical lesion. The accuracy of ultrasound comprehensive score in cervical lesion is higher than that routine ultrasound examination and ultrasound elastography, which is worthy of clinical promotion.
