系统Ⅲ级超声检查对胎儿脐带血管前置的诊断价值及其临床意义

摘　　要：目的:分析系统Ⅲ级超声检查用于诊断胎儿前置脐带血管作用。方法:选择在我院进行胎儿前置脐带血管检查的86例孕妇为研究样本(时间:2015.1-2018.1),采取随机排列表法将其分成组均43例的研究组及基础组,研究组与基础组分别实施系统Ⅲ级、Ⅰ级超声检查。对比每组孕妇检查结果。结果:研究组与基础组前置脐带血管检出率分别是97.67%、90.70%(P<0.05)。结论:使用系统Ⅲ级超声检查可有效提高胎儿前置脐带血管检查结果的准确性,值得推广。Objective: To analyze the diagnostic effect of systematic prenatal ultrasound(class III).Methods: The blood specimens from 86 pregnant women(2015.1-2018.1) were collected and randomly assigned to study group(n=43) and basic group(n=43). Patients took the systematic prenatal ultrasound(class III) and systematic prenatal ultrasound(class I), respectively. The examination results were compared. Results: The detection rate in the study group and basic group was 97.67% and 90.70%(P<0.05). Conclusion: The systematic prenatal ultrasound(class III) can increase the detection rate of fetal previa blood vessel, worth popularizing.
