农民创业绩效研究述评

摘　　要：农民创业绩效作为考察农民创业成功与否的重要变量,受到国内外学者的广泛关注。国外学者对创业绩效的相关理论,即测量理论和影响因素理论进行了研究,并分析了农民创业绩效的影响因素。国内学者重点研究了个体特征、创业能力、创业环境和社会网络等方面对农民创业绩效的影响。国内外的研究成果有利于解决“三农”问题,推进城乡经济一体化,促进农民增收、农业增收和农村繁荣,实现乡村振兴。通过对相关研究进行梳理,认为国外研究理论对我国农民创业绩效的研究缺乏现实支撑,国内研究理论存在研究内容宽泛、测量缺乏成熟理论等问题,建议农民创业绩效研究应针对不同区域开展调研,并从网络嵌入的角度,探讨提高农民创业绩效的路径。Farmers'entrepreneurial performance is an important variable considering the success of farmers'entrepreneurship,which has attracted extensive attention from scholars at home and abroad.Foreign scholars mainly study the related theories of entrepreneurial performance including measurement theory and influence factors theory,analyze the influence factors of farmers'entrepreneurial performance.Domestic scholars focus on the impact of individual characteristics,entrepreneurial ability,entrepreneurial environment and social network on farmers'entrepreneurial performance.Their research results are conducive to solving the issues relating to agriculture,rural areas,and rural people,promoting urban and rural economic integration,increasing farmers'income and agricultural income,realizing rural prosperity and revitalization.Through combing the relevant research,this paper points out that foreign research theories lack practical support for farmers'entrepreneurial performance in China,domestic research content is wide and immature.It is suggested that the research on farmers'entrepreneurial performance should be carried out in different regions,and the path to improve farmers'entrepreneurial performance should be explored from the perspective of network embedding.
