套染色织时装面料的生产研究

摘　　要：由于多组分原料的染色性具有较大差异,通过白织套染的途径生产色织面料,能够大大减小生产的工艺流程,并提升产品的市场反应能力.为此,本文从产品的色原理与风格入手,分析了原料的挑选以及阳离子可染涤纶、常规涤纶、粘胶纤维等开发弹性色织时装面料的相关生产过程.Due to the great difference in dyeing properties of multi-component raw materials,the production of yam-dyed fabrics through white weave and cover dyeing can greatly reduce the production process and improve the market reaction capacity of products.Therefore,starting with the color principle and style of the products,this paper analyzes the selection of raw materials and the relevant production process of the development of elastic yarn-dyed fashion fabrics such as cationic dyeable polyester,conventional polyester and viscose fiber.
