摘 要:水下管汇是水下生产系统中最重要的设施之一;但由于海洋渔业活动频繁,渔网拖拉与落物事故偶有发生,对水下管汇(PLEM:Pipeline End Manifold)可能会造成破坏,ISO 13628-1规范对渔网拖拉工况以及落物荷载做了讲解。渔网拖拉工况可以在在位分析中作为外部荷载来验证结构稳定性。本文主要介绍落物碰撞对对水下管汇的影响,为减少落物对水下管汇的损伤,以及如何配置合理的防护措施提供合科学依据。Pipeline End Manifold(PLEM) is one of the most important facilities in subsea production system. But as a result of frequent marine fishery activities, fishing net hauling and object falling accidents happen occasionally, which may damage PLEM. The above fishing net hauling condition and falling object load have been specified in ISO 13628-1 Code, and the former one may serve as the external load in in-place analysis to verify the structural stability. An introduction to the impact of falling object on PLEM is made in detail, which will provide a scientific basis for adopting reasonable measures to prevent PLEM from damage.
