乾隆《卫藏图识》的体例特点及资料价值

摘　　要：马揭、盛绳祖修纂的《卫藏图识》是清代一部特点突出、影响较大的西藏方志著作,可称为乾隆后期西藏地方志的代表作。《卫藏图识》的体例不同于清代前期其他西藏方志,既非先分地再分目的通志体,也不是或不全是以事立类、横排门类的平列分目体。编纂此志是为了"西征之役"所需,便于乾隆末年清军入藏驱逐廓尔喀沿途考览与检阅,所以采用这样一种与众不同的体例。分析《卫藏图识》的资料来源,可看出其资料来源是多方面的,其中编纂者的调查为其重要资料来源之一,这是其书及资料具有重要价值的根本原因。此书编纂前已出现的西藏地方志与其他相关文献一样得到了编纂者的关注,说明雍正与乾隆前期成书、刊印的西藏地方志在西藏地区或川藏大道沿途得到广泛流传,对其后西藏地方志的发展产生明显的推动作用。ü-Tsang Geographical Illustrations and Information,compiled by Ma Jie and Sheng Shengzu,is a local chronicle of Tibet with outstanding characteristics and great influence in the Qing Dynasty,which is a great example of Tibetan local chronicles in the late Qianlong period. ü-Tsang Geographical Illustrations and Information differs from other Tibetan local chronicles in the early Qing Dynasty in that its styleis neither the general annals of sub-content under different areas,nor( or at least not entirely) the parallel sub-content under chronicle orders or horizontal categories. This was compiled for the purpose of serving " the battle of the western expedition,"used by the Qing army for reference along the way in expelling Gurkha from Tibet in the late years of Qianlong period. That explains its unique style. Analysis of the material sources of ü-Tsang Geographical Illustrations and Information reveals that its materials came from a variety of sources,among which the investigation of the compilers was one major source.It? is? for? this reason? that the book and its materials have significant value. The Tibetan local chronicles that appeared before the compilation of this book,like other related documents,also came to the attention of the compilers. It is safe to say that the Tibetan local chronicles that were written and printed in the earlier stages of Yong zheng and Qianlong periods had been widely spread in Tibetan regions or along the Sichuan-Tibet Road,contributing greatly to the development of Tibetan local chronicles.
