摘　　要：《(天启)凤阳新书》的编修目的和核心内容非常明确,就要突出凤阳县作为帝乡、都县的地位以及明太祖朱元璋的相关情况。围绕着这一目的,编修者在借鉴普通郡县志体例结构和类目设置的基础上,大胆地以纪传体正史为范本,对县志进行了调整和变化,增加了本纪、世家、列传、年表。这些调整和变化,不仅突出的都县凤阳县的地位,也增强了方志存史、资政、教化的功能,同时也在方志编修守正创新之路上开创了一种新模式。The purpose of compilation and the core content of( Tianqi) New Book of Fengyang are very obvious,namely to highlight Fengyang County’s status as the hometown of the Emperor Taizu of Ming and the seat of the county,as well as Zhu Yuanzhang’s relevant information. To this end,the compliers boldly borrowed from the biography style of official history while referring to the style structure and content setting of general county annals. They made adjustments and changes to the county annals by adding Basic Annals,Hereditary Houses,Ranked Biographies and Tables. These adjustments and changes not only highlighted the status of Fengyang County,but also enhanced the functions of local chroniclesin historyrecording,political consultation and education. Meanwhile,it has also ushered in a new mode of adherence and innovation for the local chronicles compilation.
