摘　　要：《新安志》是宋代徽州学者罗愿编纂的一部方志。是志注释内容丰富,有重要史料价值。注释的方法有补缺漏、备异同、正讹误,注释的特点是旁征博引、引文审慎、内容驳杂。通过对志书中的注释作研究,可窥探罗愿的修志思想,加深对志书的了解,对方志的编纂有指导借鉴意义。Xin’an Annals is a local chronicle compiled by Luo Yuan,a Huizhou scholar in the Song Dynasty.The annotations to the annals are very rich in content,and have important historical value.The methods of annotations include checking&making?up?for deficiencies,identifying similarities and differences,and correcting errors.The annotations are characterised with extensive citing,discreet quotations and diverse content.Through the study of the annotations to the annals,we can get a glimpse of Luo Yuan’s philosophy in compiling the local chronicle,get a deeper understanding of local chronicles,and refer to it for compilation of local chronicles in the future.
