摘 要:行人过街设施是连接整个步行系统的重要环节。"礼让斑马线"的政策保障了行人安全,同时改变了无信号人行横道处行人与机动车的优先通行权。为了研究"礼让斑马线"政策对无信号人行横道以及路段通行能力的影响,在分析"礼让斑马线"条件下无信号控制人行横道道路通行能力的影响因素基础上,建立了路段通行能力计算模型,通过实例分析发现,"礼让斑马线"条件下:行人过街速度没有明显改变;行人极限心理等待时间缩短;人行横道通行能力增加;路段通行能力降低。Pedestrian crossing facilities are an important link connecting the whole pedestrian system. The policy of " comity zebra crossing" ensures pedestrian safety and changes the priority of pedestrians and motor vehicles,which has a certain impact on the capacity of crosswalks and road sections. Based on the analysis of the factors affecting the capacity of unsignalized pedestrian crossing under " comity zebra crossing",a calculation model was established for the capacity of pedestrian crossing. Through the analysis of examples,it is found that under the condition of " comity zebra crossing",the speed of pedestrian crossing has not changed significantly;the limit waiting time of pedestrians is shortened;the capacity of pedestrian crossing is increased;section capacity is reduced.
