广藿香功效及应用进展

摘　　要：广藿香是我国道地南药之一,具有芳香化浊、祛暑化湿、和胃止呕的功效,是治疗暑湿感冒和消化系统疾病时的常用中药。对广藿香的种植概况、成分分析、功效作用以及应用价值等方面的研究进展进行了总结;分析了广藿香的特点性状、有效成分的种类及影响因素;整理归纳了广藿香的药理功效;阐述了广藿香的主要加工提取物广藿香精油的应用途径,对其在临床医学、中医药学、化工等方面的应用具有指导作用。Pogostemon cablin is one of the genuine medicinal plants in the South of China.It had the functions of eliminating turbid pathogen with aromatics,expelling summer heat and resolving and stopping nausea in the stomach.It is a common traditional Chinese medicine to solve summer-dampness cold and digestive system diseases.The plant profile,component analysis,efficacy and application value of P.cablin were summarized.The characteristics,active ingredients and influencing factors of P.cablin were analyzed and the pharmacological effects which reflected the medicinal value were generalized.Finally,the application ways of its main processing extract,patchouli oil,were expounded.This review has a reference value for its application in the clinical medicine,traditional Chinese medicine and chemical application.
