摘 要:永磁调速器作为一种新型的磁力传动装置,以永磁涡流传动技术为基础,实现电机与负载无接触传递扭矩,具有更好的节能效果.为深入研究永磁调速器的机械性能,建立了有限元模型并进行三维瞬态磁场分析,得出了永磁调速器磁场和涡流分布情况,以及滑差对扭矩和涡流损耗的影响曲线.对变化原因进行分析,得出了在不同滑差下永磁调速器输出扭矩和涡流损耗的关系,为永磁调速器结构设计、优化、材料选择等后续研究提供了理论依据.As a new type of magnetic transmission device,permanent magnet governor is based on permanent magnet eddycurrent transmission technology,which can realize the torque transmission between the motor and the load without contact,and has better energy-saving effect.In order to deeply study the mechanical properties of the permanent magnet governor,a finite element model was established and a three-dimensional transient magnetic field analysis was carried out.The distribution of magnetic field and eddy current in permanent magnet governor and the influence curve of slip on torque and eddy current loss are obtained.By analyzing the reasons for the changes,and the relationship between the output torque and eddy current loss of permanent magnet governor under different slip is obtained.It provides a theoretical basis for the follow-up research on the structure design, optimization and material selection of permanent magnet governor.
