摘  要:全焊滚筒相较于铸焊滚筒具有较大的经济、环境和效率优势。采用大型有限元分析软件ANSYS workbench软件对三维造型软件UG创建带式输送机传动滚筒模型进行静力学分析,得到传动滚筒的应力和变形的分布规律;根据该结果对传动滚筒的焊缝进行强度校核,从理论上探索重型带式输送机中全焊滚筒替换铸焊滚筒的可能性。Compared with cast-welded drum,full-welded drum has tremendous advantages in economy,environment and efficiency.In this paper,three-dimensional modeling software UG was used to create the model of belt conveyor drive drum.Static analysis was carried out by using large-scale finite element analysis software ANSYS Workbench to obtain the distribution law of stress and deformation of the drive drum.According to this result,the strength of the weld of the drive drum was checked,and the possibility of replacing cast-welded drum with full-welded drum in conveyor was theoretically explored.
