游离腹股沟皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探讨游离腹股沟皮瓣修复足踝部软组织缺损的临床效果。方法选取2013年1月~2018年1月我院收治的40例足踝部软组织缺损患者作为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为实验组(20例)与对照组(20例)。实验组采用游离腹股沟皮瓣修复方法,对照组采用腓肠神经营养带蒂皮瓣转移修复方法。比较两组的并发症总发生率和术后3~6个月整形率,并对典型病例进行分析。结果实验组的术后并发症总发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);实验组术后3~6个月的整形率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论相对于带蒂皮瓣,游离腹股沟皮瓣在修复足踝部皮肤缺损时能减少术后并发症的发生,皮瓣外观满意,无需二次整形等优势,有较好的发展前景。Objective To explore the clinical effect of free inguinal skin flap in repairing foot and ankle soft tissue defects.Methods Forty patients with soft tissue defects of the ankle and foot treated in our hospital from January 2013 to January 2018 were selected as the research objects,they were divided into experimental group(20 cases)and control group(20 cases)according to the random number table method.The experimental group used the free inguinal skin flap repair method,and the control group used the sural neurotrophic pedicled skin flap repair method.The total incidence of complications and the rate of plastic surgery 3-6 months after operation were compared between the two groups,and the typical cases were analyzed.Results The total incidence of postoperative complications in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The plastic surgery rate in the experimental group 3 to 6 months after surgery was lower than that in the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with pedicled flaps,free inguinal skin flap can reduce the incidence of postoperative complications when repairing skin defects in the feet and ankles.The appearance of the flaps is satisfactory,and secondary plastic surgery is not required.It has a good development prospect.
