摘 要:目的探讨快速小角度直刺法改良采血技术对采血标本质量的影响。方法选取2018年1~12月我院门诊部用快速小角度直刺法改良采血技术的采血标本1261281份,另选取同期本省某三甲医院使用常规采血技术静脉采血标本1038025份。比较两院的标本溶血率和检验结果与临床症状不符比例。结果我院采血溶血率为0.0017%(22/1261281),低于本省某三甲医院的0.1644%(1706/1038025),差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。我院血标本检验结果与临床症状不符数7例,占比0.00055%;而本省某三甲医院血标本检验结果与临床症状不符数为39例,占比0.00376%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论采血操作与血标本质量关系密切,我院用快速小角度直刺法改良采血技术后,降低了血标本溶血率,提高血标本质量,值得在临床护理工作中推广。Objective To explore the effect of modified blood collection technique by rapid small angle direct puncture on the quality of blood samples.Methods From January to December 2018,1261281 blood samples were collected in our hospital by rapid small angle direct puncture method,and 1038025 blood samples were collected by routine blood collection technique in a third class A hospital in the province at the same time.The hemolysis rate of the samples and the proportion of the test results in accordance with the clinical symptoms were compared between the two hospitals.Results The hemolysis rate of blood collection in our hospital was 0.0017%(22/1261281),which was lower than that in a third class A hospital in the province(0.1644%,1706/1038025),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Only 7 cases(0.00055%)did not conform to the clinical symptoms in the examination results of blood samples in our hospital,while 39 cases(0.00376%)in a third class A hospital in the province was not in accordance with the clinical symptoms,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.01).Conclusion The blood collection procedure is closely related to the quality of the specimen.The use of rapid small angle direct puncture and modified blood collection details in our hospital can reduce the hemolysis rate of the blood sample and improve the quality of blood samples,which is worth popularizing in the clinical nursing work.
