临床药师参与一例起搏器置入术后皮下出血患者的药学监护

摘　　要：目的探讨临床药师对起搏器置入术患者的药学监护方式。方法临床药师对1例起搏器置入术患者开展用药监护、安全用药宣教。结果对起搏器置入术患者,临床药师仔细询问过敏史、出血史、用药史,减少药物不良反应的发生风险。向医生提供停用抗生素的建议,防止预防用药时间过长。结论临床药师在患者药学监护方面发挥了重要的作用。Objective To explore the ways of pharmaceutical care for patient undergoing pacemaker implantation.Methods Medication monitoring and safety drug education were created on 1 patient undergoing pacemaker implantation by clinical pharmacist.Results Clinical pharmacist payed attention to the allergic history,bleeding history,medication history on the patient undergoing pacemaker implantation to reduce the risk of drug adverse reaction.Clinical pharmacist advised the doctor to stop the antibiotic for the purpose to prevent the long period of treatment.Conclusion Clinical pharmacist played an important role in patients’pharmaceutical care.
