摘　　要：本文通过国外某圆形消化池的工程实例,简要介绍了结构优化设计的方法和过程。采用预应力技术对消化池结构进行优化设计,减少了圆柱壳的厚度以及钢筋用量;对基础构造进行优化,减少了基础混凝土的用量。结构优化设计节约了投资,取得了很好的技术经济效益。This paper briefly introduced the method and process of structural optimization design based on engineering example of a circ ular digester abroad.The structure of digestion tank was optimized by prestressing technology,which not only reduced the thickness of cylindrical shell,but also reduced the amount of reinforcing steel.By optimizing the foundation structure,the amount of foundation concrete was reduced.Through structural optimization design,inve stment was saved and good technical and economic benefits were achieved.
