给水排水工程结构设计中分项系数指标体系的建议

摘  要:我国工程建设可靠度标准体系已经历了35年的探索,1984年颁布《建筑结构设计统一标准》(GBJ 68-84),在大量理论研究和对比分析的基础上,提出了永久荷载和可变荷载的分项系数分别取值1.2和1.4的方案,完成了安全系数法向分项系数表达式的合理过渡。《给水排水工程构筑物结构设计规范》(GB 50069-2002)和《给水排水工程管道结构设计规范》(GB 50332-2002)也相继建立给水排水工程结构设计分项系数表达式,以及相应分项系数指标体系。随着我国国民经济的飞速发展,国家"一路一带"经济政策的推出,工程标准与国际接轨的迫切需求,给水排水工程结构设计分项系数指标体系的调整已不可避免。通过对以往工程结构可靠度发展足迹的探寻,本文提出指标体系调整的一些建议。China’s engineering reliability design standard system has developed for 35 years.In 1984,the GBJ 68-84 was issued.In this standard,Load and Factor Design(LFD)method with permanent load factor and live load factor of 1.2 and 1.4 respectively were proposed based on numerous theoretical studies and comparative analysis.Thus,the transition from the Allowable Stress Design(ASD)method to LFD method was completed.In GB 50069-2002 and GB 50332-2002,struc tural design formula and corresponding load factor index system have also been established for water supply and drainage engineering structural design.With the rapid development of China’s national economy,the initiative of"belt and road"policy and the urgent need to match with international engineering standards,the adjustment of load partial factor index system for water supply and drainage engineering structure design should be inevitable.In this paper,some adjustment suggestions for the load partial factor index system was put forward through the investigation of the engineering structure reliability design historic development.
