摘　　要：中国已经进入了新时代,社会结构和社会形态产生了新的变化,出现了新的社会矛盾和新的社会问题,监狱作为社会矛盾的平衡器和减压阀,必须对新时代的罪犯矫正教育面临的问题做出新判断,归纳概括出新时代罪犯的新特征,担当起改造罪犯的新使命。因此,传统的监狱学理论、传统的监狱管理制度和教育模式,也必须因应新时代的发展和要求,在哲学预设、逻辑基点、内在机理、发展定位、技术支撑等方面,及时地转向和调整,建构新的理论体系和新型研究范式。只有这样,监狱对罪犯教育矫正工作必须与时俱进才具有活力。China has entered a new era,and the new social contradictions and social problems have emerged with the new changes of social structure and social formation.As a balancer and pressure reducing valve for social contradictions,the prison must make new judgement of the new problems in the criminal correction in the new era,summarize new characteristics of criminals and assume the new mission of reforming criminals.Therefore,the traditional theory,prison management system and education mode must respond to the development and requirements of the new era in terms of philosophical presuppositions,logical basis points,internal mechanisms,development positioning,and technical support to construct new theoretical systems and research paradigms.Only in this way,the prison education and correction work must advance with the times and keep vitality.
