大数据背景下公安情报信息安全风险研究

摘　　要：在大数据时代的公安工作中,海量公安情报信息的管理工作为我们带来了巨大挑战。实际工作中,基层公安情报信息部门,普遍存在重视信息化建设,轻视情报信息安全风险研究与风险管理的问题,因此,公安情报信息安全存在诸多隐患。公安情报信息的安全风险研究,其目的就在于加强公安信息安全工作。其实质是结合实际公安情报信息管理工作,通过分析信息安全存在的潜在的风险点,寻找各类风险的过程,在这个过程中,将风险具体化,成为可捕捉、可控制、可操作的信息。通过在基层公安局实地调研,在查阅大量文献资料的基础上,结合公安情报信息安全管理工作中存在的问题;将其工作中收集、存储、处理等过程中面临的各种风险分类研究,并制定相应对策,以达到快速高效地为公安机关情报信息管理提供预警的目的。In the work of public security in the era of big data,the management of massive public security intelligence information has brought us great challenges.In practical works,there are common problems of attaching importance to informatization construction and despising the risk research and risk management of the intelligence information in the grass-roots public security.Therefore,there are many hidden dangers in the works of public security intelligence.The essence of security risk research in public security intelligence information is the process of searching for various risks by analyzing potential risk points of information security in combination with the actual work.In this process,the risks can be captured,controlled,and operated.Based on the field investigations at the grass-roots public security bureaus,and on the basis of consulting a large number of documents,combining the problems existing in the management of intelligence and information security,this article analyzed the problems and establish corresponding countermeasures to achieve the purpose of providing early warning for public security organs'intelligence and information management quickly and efficiently.
