摘　　要：按照“形势倒逼”,“问题导向”,为解决监狱工作中存在的体制机制不畅、信息不通、效能不高等突出问题,提高监狱治理能力和罪犯改造能力等内在发展愿景,构建现代监狱警务机制是监狱工作方法重新的重要途径被重新摆在监狱工作的议事日程上。In order to solve the prominent problems,such as poor institutional mechanism,inaccessible information,and low efficiency in prison works,and improve the internal development vision of prison governance capacity and criminal reform capacity,it is necessary to construct policing mechanism of modern prison to innovate the prison work methods.
