摘 要:海榄雌瘤斑螟目前是红树林植物白骨壤的重要害虫,其种类在国内存在争议。本研究对福田红树林自然保护区内采集到的螟蛾标本进行了形态学鉴定,同时应用DNA条形码技术进行了进一步确认。本文将海榄雌瘤斑螟样本的线粒体COI序列与数据库中已有序列比对,结果显示海榄雌瘤斑螟COI序列与GenBank数据库中3条P. synataractis和BOLD系统中的32条P. syntaractis序列同源性达98%以上;构建的系统发育树显示福田红树林自然保护区内采集的标本与P. syntaractis聚为一支。综合形态和分子数据确定海榄雌瘤斑螟为P. syntaractis (Turner,1904)。Ptyomaxia sp. is an important insect pest of mangrove plant Avicennia marina(Forsk.) Vierh,while the classification of this insect is still controversial in China. In this study,the samples from Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve were identified by morphological characters and DNA barcoding. The mitochondrial COI sequence of this insect was amplified and compared in the GenBank and the BOLD System. The results showed that the sequences were more than 98% similar with 3 P. syntaractis records in the GenBank database and 32 records in BOLD System. The phylogenetic tree showed that all the samples from Futian Mangrove Nature Reserve were clustered into one branch with the P. syntaractis. Based on morphological and molecular data,this species of Ptyomaxia sp. was identified as Ptyomaxia syntaractis(Turner,1904).
