摘 要:川西海相碳酸盐岩储层改造过程中普遍存在地层吸液难、改造难度大的问题,为寻求真实储层环境下的射孔效率与地层高破裂压力的相关性,开展了地面岩石靶以及模拟储层环境岩石靶的射孔测试试验,观察了真实的射孔孔道形态,并测试了穿深、孔径数据。试验结果表明:89型射孔弹在模拟储层环境下的地下穿深只有197mm,相比于混凝土靶穿深下降达80%,难以有效穿透泥浆污染带以及井眼应力集中带;射孔孔道周围会形成20mm左右的压实带,孔道内堆积的杵体限制了孔道末端裂缝降破作用的发挥;射孔穿深与岩石抗压强度成负相关;提高射孔弹地下实际穿深以及清洁孔眼使酸液与孔道末端裂缝有效沟通,是川西海相储层下一步射孔降破的有效途径。Formation fluid absorption and fracturing are generally difficult in the process of fracturing of Western Sichuan marine reservoir.In order to seek the correlation of perforation efficiency in the real reservoir condition and high formation fracture pressure,testing experiment of perforation efficiency in the condition of the ground and the real reservoir environment is carried out.And then the form of perforation and the data of perforation penetration and diameter are observed.The experiment results show that,the penetration of 89 charge in the simulated reservoir environment is just 197 m m,compared with the concrete target penetration fell by 80%.It is difficult to effectively penetrate the mud damage zone and borehole stress concentration zone.Around the perforation tunnel can form around 20 mm compacted zone.The pestle body of perforation tunnel limits the function of reducing fracture pressure of the fratue in the end of tunnel.Perforating penetration is negatively related to the compressive strength of rock.Improving the underground perforation penetration and cleaning the perforation tunnel are the next effective way to reduce fracture pressure of marine carbonate reservoirin Western Sichuan.
