摘 要:为了挖掘胡麻木酚素含量相关基因,本研究用269份胡麻种质的基因型数据和木酚素含量数据进行全基因组关联分析研究。呼和浩特、集宁、锡盟和新疆等4个环境下木酚素含量的统计分析表明:新疆伊犁地区种的269份胡麻种质平均木酚素含量为最大,变异系数依次排序为锡盟<呼和浩特<集宁<新疆,广义遗传力为60.67%。4个环境下胡麻种质木酚素含量均呈现正太分布的趋势。全基因组关联分析获得了13个显著SNP位点和21个候选基因,为胡麻分子标记辅助育种以及高木酚素含量新品种选育提供科学依据。In order to mine the genes related to lignan content, this study used genome-wide data of 269 flax germplasm and lignan content for genome-wide association analysis. The statistical analysis of lignan content in four environments, including Hohhot, Jining, Ximeng and Xinjiang, showed that the average lignan content of 269 flax germplasm species in Yili, Xinjiang was the largest, and the coefficient of variation was ranked as Ximeng <Hohhot <Jining<Xinjiang, the generalized heritability is 60.67%. The lignan content of flax seedlings showed a tendency to be too distributed in the four environments. Genome-wide association analysis obtained 13 significant SNP loci and 21 candidate genes, which provided scientific basis for the breeding of flax molecular marker-assisted breeding and the breeding of new lignan content.
