黄芪、山萸肉、水蛭粉治疗夜尿多经验--仝小林三味小方撷萃

摘　　要：仝小林教授将认为,对于老年人及血糖控制不佳的糖尿病患者,夜尿多是早期肾动脉硬化的预见症。补肾缩泉、活血通络为基本治疗原则。仝小林教授临床常用黄芪、山萸肉、水蛭粉为基础配伍治疗夜尿多,方中黄芪益气补虚固摄,山萸肉滋补肾阴,酸涩收敛,固精益肾,亦可以增强他药敛尿之力。水蛭粉疏通肾络,抵抗早期肾动脉硬化引起的血流减少,增加肾脏血流,为血络常用药物之一,也可化瘀通络,防止浊毒伤络。方中黄芪常用剂量为30~90 g,山萸肉常用剂量为9~30 g,水蛭的常用剂量为3~6 g,打粉冲服。Frequent urination at night seriously affects the life and sleep quality of patients,it can increase the risk of sudden death in the elderly at night at the same time.It is of great significance to improve the symptoms of nocturia.Professor TONG Xiaolin believes that Enuresis is a predictive disease of early renal arteriosclerosis for the elderly and diabetic patients with poor blood glucose control.The basic treatment principles are tonifying kidney to Suoquan and promoting blood circulation for removing obstruction in collaterals.Professor TONG Xiaolin often used Astragalus membranaceus,asiatic cornelian cherry fruit and leech as the basis of clinical compatibility for the treatment of nocturia.In the formula,Astragalus membranaceus benefiting qi and Guse,Cornus officinalis can nourish kidney yin,it can also enhance the ability of other drugs to collect urine.Leech can dredge renal collateral,resist the decrease of blood flow caused by early renal arteriosclerosis and increase renal blood flow.It is one of the commonly used drugs for xueluo.It can also remove blood stasis and dredge collateral,and prevent turbid poison from damaging collaterals.The commonly used dose of Astragalus is 30-90 g,that of Cornus is 9-30 g,and that of leech is 3-6 g.
