摘　　要：目的观察解毒利咽方治疗儿童烂乳蛾(肺胃热盛证)的临床疗效。方法将62例儿童烂乳蛾(肺胃热盛证)的患儿应用随机数字表法分为治疗组与对照组各31例。对照组采用常规西医治疗,治疗组在常规西医治疗基础上,加用中药解毒利咽方口服,疗程5 d,比较2组疗效。结果治疗组痊愈率高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论应用国医大师王烈教授之解毒利咽方治疗儿童烂乳蛾之肺胃热盛证,结果表明疗效优于单纯应用抗生素治疗组。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Jiedu Liyan decoction in the treatment of Purulent tonsillitis in children.Methods Sixty-two children with suppurative tonsillitis(lung-stomach fever syndrome)were divided into treatment group and control group by random number table.The control group was treated with conventional western medicine.The treatment group was treated with traditional Chinese medicine Jiedu Liyan formula on the basis of conventional western medicine.The course of treatment was 5 days.Results The cure rate was higher in the treatment group than in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiedu Liyan decoction of Professor WANG Lie,a Chinese medicine master,is used to treat the symptoms of lung and stomach fever in children with Purulent tonsillitis.The results show that the curative effect is better than that of the antibiotic-only group.
