摘　　要：目的观察水莲风亏方对盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者的临床疗效。方法将70例盆腔炎性疾病后遗症患者随机分为试验组和对照组,各35例。试验组给予水莲风亏方加减治疗,对照组给予妇科千金片治疗,疗程均为8周。结果治疗后,试验组组症状评分有效率为94.29%(33/35),明显高于对照组71.43%(25/35),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。试验组VAS疼痛评分、临床症状的变化情况、实验室指标(ESR、HCT)等均优于对照组(P<0.05);试验组不良反应例数低于对照组,但结果无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论水莲风亏方能有效缓解盆腔炎患者疼痛,减少炎症反应,下调红细胞沉降率(ESR)、红细胞压积(HCT)等血液流变学指标,效果显著。Objective To observe the clinical effect of Shuilianfengkui recipe on sequelae of pelvic inflammatory disease.Methods 70 patients with sequelae of pelvic inflammatory diseases were randomly divided into experimental group(n=35)and control group(n=35).The experimental group was treated with Shuilianfengkui recipe,and the control group was treated with gynecological Qianjin tablets.The course of treatment was 8 weeks.Results After treatment,the effective rate of symptom score in the experimental group was 94.29%(33/35),which was significantly higher than that in the control group(71.43%)(25/35)(P<0.05).The pain score of VAS,the changes of clinical symptoms and laboratory index(ESR,HCT)in the experimental group were better than those in the control group(P<0.05).The number of adverse reactions in the experimental group was lower than that in the control group,but the results were not statistically significant(P>0.05).Conclusion Shuilianfengkui recipe can effectively relieve pain,reduce inflammatory reaction and down-regulate erythrocyte sedimentation rate(ESR),hematocrit(HCT)and other hemorheological indexes in patients with pelvic inflammation.
