摘　　要：高危型人乳头瘤病毒长时间持续感染是宫颈癌发病的必要条件,有效防治宫颈人乳头瘤病毒感染,对于预防宫颈癌至关重要。中医药对宫颈癌的防治,尤其对其初期宫颈上皮内瘤变的治疗有显著优势,以辨证施治内服中药、外用药物和针刺等治疗方法,攻补兼施,标本同治,临床取得了很好的疗效。As one of the three major malignant tumors of the female reproductive system,the incidence of cervical cancer is becoming younger and the incidence is increasing year by year.It is one of the most common malignant tumors in gynecology.Persistent infection of HR-HPV is a necessary condition for the occurrence of cervical cancer.How to effectively prevent cervical HPV infection is of vital importance in the prevention of cervical cancer.Traditional Chinese medicine has significant advantages in the prevention and treatment of cervical cancer,especially in the early stage of CIN treatment.It has achieved good clinical effects by treating cervical cancer with internal medicine,external medicine and acupuncture based on differentiation of symptoms and signs.
