摘　　要：亚急性咳嗽为儿科常见疾病,长期困扰患儿及家长,临床表现除咳嗽外无明显特征,容易失治误治延误病机。冯晓纯教授根据多年治疗呼吸系统疾病经验,认为亚急性咳嗽的病因多与"风邪"有关,日久难愈,审症求因,辨证论治,衷中参西、灵活加减,自拟蝎黄解痉方为治疗咳嗽气促的常用方。在缓解咳嗽症状和调护肺脾功能方面皆有良好疗效。Subacute cough is a common disease in pediatrics,which has troubled children and their parents for a long time.Because its clinical manifestations have no obvious characteristics except cough,it is easy to cause misdiagnosis and delay treatment.According to years of experience in treating respiratory diseases,Professor Feng Xiaochun believes that the pathogeny of subacute cough is mostly related to wind pathogen,which is difficult to recover for a long time.She emphasizes differentiation of symptoms and signs to identify etiology and treatment based on syndrome differentiation.On the treatment,she can integrate Chinese and Western medicine,use the prescription flexibly,and draw up Xiehuang Jiejing Decoction.It has achieved good clinical effect in relieving cough symptoms and regulating lung and spleen function.
