清泽喷雾剂抗炎、止痒、抗变态作用研究

摘　　要：目的评价清泽喷雾剂抗炎、止痒、抗变态作用。方法采用随机数字表分组,分别将60只小鼠随机分为6组,包括模型对照组、赋形剂对照组、复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏组和清泽喷雾剂低、中、高组,采用二甲苯致小鼠耳廓肿胀实验观察其抗炎作用。将70只大鼠随机分为7组,包括空白对照组、模型对照组、赋形剂对照组、复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏组和清泽喷雾剂低、中、高组,采用二甲苯致大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀实验观察其抗炎作用。将60只豚鼠随机分为6组,包括模型对照组、赋形剂对照组、复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏组和清泽喷雾剂低、中、高组,采用磷酸组织胺致豚鼠瘙痒观察其止痒作用。将70只小鼠随机分为7组,包括空白对照组、模型对照组、赋形剂对照组、复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏组和清泽喷雾剂低、中、高组,采用迟发型超敏反应实验观察其抗变态反应。结果清泽喷雾剂低、中、高剂量组能显著抑制小鼠耳廓肿胀(P<0.01),且中、高剂量组与复方醋酸地塞米松乳膏组的对小鼠耳廓肿胀抑制率作用相当;各时间点清泽喷雾剂中、高剂量组均能显著性降低大鼠蛋清性足跖肿胀率(P<0.05);清泽喷雾剂中、高剂量组有明显增高豚鼠致痒域作用(P<0.05),而且随着剂量增高,效果呈增加趋势;清泽喷雾剂低、中、高剂量组均有明显抗变态作用(P<0.01),且不会对脾脏和胸腺造成影响。结论清泽喷雾剂具有抗炎、止痒、抗变态作用。Objective To evaluate the anti-inflammatory,antipruritic and anti-allergic effect of Qingze Aerosol.Methods Sixty mice were randomly divided into 6 groups by random number table,namely model control group,exotics control group,positive control group,and high,medium or low dose of Qingze Aerosol group.The tests of ear swelling capillary permeability induced by xylene were carried out.Seventy rats were randomly divided into 7 groups by random number table,namely blank control group,model control group,exotics control group,positive control group,and high,medium or low dose of Qingze Aerosol group.The tests of skin capillary permeability induced by xylene were carried out.Sixty cavia procellus were randomly divided into 6 groups by random number table,namely model control group,exotics control group,positive control group,and high,medium or low dose of Qingze Aerosol group.The relieving itching effects were observed on cavia procellus induced by phosphoric acid histamine.Seventy mice were randomly divided into 7 groups by random number table,namely blank control group,model control group,exotics control group,positive control group,and high,medium or low dose of Qingze Aerosol group.The anti-perverted reaction was observed by delayed-type hypersensitivity experiment.Results All dose groups of Qingze Aerosol inhibited ear swelling in mice significantly (P<0.01),and the medium and high dose groups of Qingze Aerosol had almost the same rate in inhibiting ear swelling as positive group;medium and high dose groups of Qingze Aerosol had significantly effects on reducing the egg white foot swelling rate in rats at any time points (P<0.05);the medium and high dose groups of Qingze Aerosol had significantly increasing itch causing domain in cavia procellus induced by phosphoric acid histamine,and with higher doses (P<0.05),the effect increased;all dose groups of Qingze Aerosol had anti-allergic effects obviously (P<0.01),and would not affect the spleen and thymus gland.Conclusion Qingze Aerosol has anti-inflammatory,relievin
