半夏白术天麻汤合泽泻汤治疗眩晕

摘　　要：目的探讨半夏白术天麻汤合泽泻汤加减对痰浊上蒙型眩晕的疗效及生活质量的影响。方法选取我院收治的痰浊上蒙型眩晕患者74例,随机分为对照组和治疗组,各37例。对照组予常规西医治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上服用半夏白术天麻汤合泽泻汤,均治疗1个月。观察2组中医症状积分、脂代谢相关指标变化情况、生活质量SF-36评分,并计算2组临床总有效率。结果治疗组中医症状积分降低幅度较对照组更为明显(P<0.05);治疗组脂代谢指标三酰甘油(TG)、血清总胆固醇(TC)、低密度脂蛋白(LDL-C)降低更显著(P<0.05);治疗组SF-36评分升高明显(P<0.05);治疗组临床总有效率为94.59%,对照组临床总有效率为75.68%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论半夏白术天麻汤合泽泻汤具有化痰通络、息风定眩之效,可以改善痰浊上蒙型眩晕患者临床症状和体征,改善脂代谢指标,提高患者生活质量。Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Zexie Decoction on vertigo of phlegm covered type and the regimen’s effect on quality of life.Methods A total of 74 patients with vertigo of phlegm covered type admitted to our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and treatment group with 37 cases in each group.The control group was treated with routine Western medicine.The treatment group was orally administered with Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Zexie Decoction on the basis of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 month.The changes of TCM symptom scores related to symptoms,and lipid metabolism related indexes,scores of SF-36 of the two groups of patients were observed,and the total clinical effective rate of both groups were calculated.Results After treatment,the reduction of TCM symptom scores in the treatment group was more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05).The lipid metabolism index including triglyceride (TG),serum total cholesterol (TC),low density lipoprotein (LDL-c) in the treatment group decreased more significantly than the control group (P<0.05).The improvements of scores of SF-36 and quality of life in the treatment group were more significant than that in the control group (P<0.05).The total clinical effective rate in the control group and the treatment group was respectively 75.68% and 94.59% (P<0.05).Conclusion Banxia Baizhu Tianma Decoction combined with Zexie Decoction has the effect of eliminating phlegm and freeing channels,calming liver wind and treating vertigo,and can improve the clinical symptoms and signs of patients with vertigo of phlegm covered type,improve lipid metabolism indexes and the quality of life of patients.
