整体护理在重症脓毒症患者参附注射液治疗中的应用及对预后的影响

摘　　要：目的探讨整体护理在重症脓毒症患者参附注射液治疗中的应用及对患者预后的影响。方法选取2016年1月-2018年12月我院收治的重症脓毒症患者130例,随机分为2组。2组均采用参附注射液治疗,对照组在此基础上行常规护理,研究组采用整体护理。比较2组自我效能、炎性因子水平、治疗和生活依从性及抑郁自评量表(SDS)、焦虑自评量表(SAS)评分。结果研究组自我效能优于对照组(P<0.05),研究组的炎性因子水平低于对照组(P<0.05),研究组治疗、生活依从性高于对照组(P<0.05),研究组SDS及SAS评分低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论在重症脓毒症患者参附注射液治疗中应用整体护理效果显著,能够提高自护能力和治疗、生活依从性,还能降低SDS及SAS评分和炎性因子水平,值得推广应用。Objective To explore the application of holistic care in the treatment of Shenfu Injections in patients with severe sepsis and its effect on patients’prognosis.Methods A total of 130 cases of severe sepsis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2016 to December 2018,were randomly divided into two groups.Both groups were treated with Shenfu Injections,the control group followed the routine nursing,and the study group adopted the overall nursing.Self-efficacy,inflammatory factor levels,treatment and life compliance and SDS and SAS scores in both groups were compared.Results The self-efficacy in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05),the inflammatory factor level in the study group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05),the treatment and life compliance were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the SDS and SAS scores of the study group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The overall nursing effect in the treatment of patients with severe sepsis is remarkable,which can improve self-care ability and treatment,life compliance,and can also reduce the SDS and SAS score and inflammatory factor level,and should be popularized and applied.
