摘 要:中药青黛药用历史悠久,其炮制方法独特,对青黛的质量和治疗效果有明显的影响,因此研究青黛炮制工艺有重要意义。青黛的主要化学成分有靛蓝、靛玉红、色胺酮等,具有抗炎、调节免疫、抗肿瘤等多种药理活性,临床应用疗效显著。通过对青黛化学成分、炮制方法、药理作用及临床应用进行论述,为青黛炮制方法、质量标准及其作用机理研究提供科学依据,使中药青黛的炮制技术和应用得到系统的继承、发展和创新。The traditional Chinese medicine Qingdai (natural indigo) has a long medicinal history,and its processing method is unique,which has a significant impact on the quality and treatment effect.Therefore,it is important to study the processing technology of Qingdai.The main chemical constituents of Qingdai are indigo,indirubin,tryptamine,etc.It has many pharmacological activities,such as anti-inflammation,immune regulation,anti-tumor and so on.Its clinical efficacy is remarkable.In this review,the chemical constituents,processing methods,pharmacological effects and clinical application of Qingdai were discussed,which can provide scientific basis for the study of processing methods,quality standards and mechanism of action,and systematically inherited,developed and innovated the processing technology and application of Qingdai.
