摘 要:为了使数字化柔性挤压砂型具有优良的砂型性能,研究了砂型数字化柔性挤压成形工艺对砂型性能的影响规律。结果显示:树脂含量较低时,砂型抗拉强度随着挤压压强的增大而增大;当树脂含量大于2.4%时,砂型抗拉强度随着挤压压强的增大而减小。随着树脂含量的增大,砂型的抗拉强度升高。在树脂含量相同条件下,砂型透气性随着挤压压强的升高而降低;在挤压压强相同的情况下,砂型透气性随着树脂含量的升高而降低。在树脂含量一定的前提下,挤压压强小于0.15 MPa时,砂型紧实度随着挤压压强的增大而增大;当挤压压强大于0.15 MPa时,挤压压强对砂型紧实度的影响较小。In order to make the digital flexible extrusion sand mold have excellent sand mold properties,the influence of the digital flexible extrusion technology on the sand mold properties was studied.The results show that the tensile strength of sand mold increases with the increase of extrusion pressure when the resin content is low.When the resin content is greater than 2.4%,the tensile strength of sand mold decreases with the increase of extrusion pressure.With the increase of content,the tensile strength of sand mold increases.Under the same condition of resin content,sand permeability decreases with the increase of extrusion pressure.Under the premise of certain resin content,when the extrusion pressure is less than 0.15 MPa,the compactness of the sand mold increases with the increase of the extrusion pressure.When the extrusion pressure is greater than 0.15 MPa,the impact of the extrusion pressure on the compactness of the sand mold is less.
