摘 要:持续挖掘并利用新的抗病基因是防治白粉病危害的一项长期任务。小麦材料CH1532苗期与成株期均对白粉病表现出良好抗性,为明确其抗白粉病基因在染色体上的位置,利用苗期接种鉴定的方法对台长29/CH1532的F1、BC1、F2及F(2∶3)家系进行了抗病遗传分析,并利用i Select 90K SNP芯片对由其F2构建的抗、感病池进行了扫描。结果表明,CH1532的白粉病抗性受1对显性核基因控制,暂命名为PmCH1532;多态性SNP主要位于第2同源群染色体,且富集于2DL染色体末端。因此,推断PmCH1532是1个位于2DL染色体端部的抗白粉病新基因。Persistently discovering and utilizing the new resistance genes of powdery mildew is a long term task to ongoing control the disease in wheat.CH1532,a new wheat germplasm line,possesses resistance to the powdery mildew at the seedling and adult stage.To find out the position of powdery mildew resistance gene on chromosome,the resistance genetic analysis of F1,BC1,F2 and F2∶3 families of Taichang 29/CH1532 was carried out by means of inoculation and identification at seedling stage,and the F2 resistant and susceptible pools were scanned by the iSelect 90K SNP chip.The results showed that the powdery mildew resistance of CH1532 was controlled by one pair of dominant nuclear genes,which was temporarily designated as PmCH1532.Most polymorphic SNPs were located on the 2nd homologous group chromosomes,and enriched in the terminal of 2DL chromosome.It is concluded that PmCH1532 is a new gene of powdery mildew resistance located at the end of 2DL chromosome.
